Walking - A Simple Key For Good Health.

Imagine you woke up early in the morning and just went to your balcony casually. You just closed your eyes and inhaled the fresh air of the morning hour which is full of oxygen. A mild breeze just casually brushed your skin and in the silence of nature, you heard the chirping of the birds which slowly relaxed all the tension in your body and mind, isn't this feeling very satisfying? Living in this moment just brings a happy smile to your face. In this kind of environment, you just step out of your house and went into the vicinity of nature just to take a stroll. While walking in the garden or in the woods or in a beautiful nature park along with the mild breeze and the chirping of birds there the mesmerizing fragrances of nature (fragrance of wet soil, etc.) adds to one more relaxing surprise given by the nature to us.

But unfortunately in today's busy world people forget to give themselves these little moments to themselves. Most of the people in today's generation are dealing with problems like depression, anxiety, and many such things. People nowadays tend to spend more time on mobiles and in front of computer screens. Instead of playing outdoor games children nowadays prefers playing online games which are not so very good for their health. We spend more of our time alone inside our home instead of going out and doing a small gathering with our friends and having a hearty laugh somewhere in the vicinity of nature.

A few years back usually in the summer holidays at some or the other time we used to get up early in the morning and go to the garden to play with our friends and we also used to participate in the small camps which used to be held at that time, with the help of which we learned many new things, which are very useful to us even now in some or the other way. We humans have always been the social beings, but nowadays we are becoming more and more aloof, lazy, conservative, and unwilling to leave our cozy bed in the morning hours in which the air and the atmosphere are just like a potion to make us physically healthy and mentally relaxed and motivated. All these things have increased the chances of getting affected with various health-related problems which are not so easy to deal with, without the help of nature along with the medical science.
