MEDITATION - The Secret Of Getting Close To Yourself.

               "Quiet the mind and the soul will speak."

         Meditation is the state of enhancement of awareness and peace of mind to attain physical, mental, and spiritual stability. Meditation means to ponder, to pray, to focus the mind on some object, deep thinking, etc. Meditation is a beautiful and calming experience of the body, relaxing, soothing the mind, and awakening the soul. Meditation encourages a deepening of self-awareness, concentration, consciousness, and facilitates a deeper understanding of oneself and others.

 

          Meditation is practiced all over the world but the techniques may vary. The first evidence of meditation was seen since the Indus valley civilization. The meditation practice was done early by the Rishis (Indian Sage), according to the Rishis meditation was the way for enlightenment and to establish the connectivity of their soul with God (The Creator). They usually selected a place that was silent and close to nature. 



           Meditation is a self-purifying technique that not only acts as a physical (physiological) cleaner but also acts as a mental (psychological) cleanser and relaxant. With the help of meditative techniques, a person can purge out ill feelings and bad thoughts and replace them with noble thoughts and a peaceful positive feeling.

           As the saying goes -

        "When your vision about others is pure, it'll cause you to be more beautiful."

          Meditation fills your mind with positivity, love, and patience which changes your perspective towards things and situations, and no matter how difficult the situation is, it becomes easy for us to tackle it with a calm mind and making a proper decision out of it. Meditation is the best way to enhance one's personality not only physically and mentally but also socially and emotionally. It helps to build up self-confidence, self-reliance, and also helps to perceive a problem in its real form.


          It is difficult for the human mind to focus on one subject for a long time, hence hymns, prayers, chanting, and mantras are used to maintain the focus. It is believed that silent chanting emits the rays from an individual performing meditation and spreads all around and whoever comes in contact with these rays feels better in body and mind. So for now just close your eyes and just give some time to your body and mind for its healing and reestablish the balance once again.

  TIP: JUST MEDITATE FOR AT LEAST 10 MINS EVERY DAY AND ANALYZE YOUR ACTIONS AND THEN OBSERVE SOME WONDERFUL CHANGES IN YOURSELVES WITHIN FEW DAYS.
