I am a health science student. I want to share my views on how nature acts as a "GREATEST PLACE TO HEAL AND RECHARGE" and also how our body, mind, and soul have tremendous energy and capacity to deal with every problem just by calmly and gradually working over it.

Air is of prime importance for life. One may live for a few days without food or even water, but it is impossible to survive even for a minute or two without air.
When we breathe in, oxygen from the air enters the lungs and dissolves in blood. Oxygen is essential for the process of combustion taking place in various cells of the body. When we breathe out, carbon dioxide formed in the body is expelled. Thus blood gets purified in the lungs (importance of deep breathing).
The main source of oxygen on earth is vegetation (green plants). Plants take up carbon dioxide from the air (for nutrition and growth)and release oxygen into the air. Thus the amount of oxygen is more in thearea covered with greenery as compared to polluted and industrial areas.
A walk-in open space covered with greenery (gardens and fields), is highly beneficial, especially when accompanied by deep breathing to ventilate the lungs. The fresh pure and oxygen-rich cool breeze of early morning purifies the blood and the body. It fills the mind with cheer and joy. The magical effects of fresh air on body, mind, and health are universally recognized.
Some suggestions :
1. Always breathe through the nose. The hair in the nose performs the function of filtering, removing the fine dust particles present in the air. Moreover, the air gets warmed up in passing through the nasal passage, which has a salutary effect on the lungs.
2. Always take deep breaths. The breathing of most city people leading sedentary lives is shallow. The result is that the carbon dioxide is not eliminated properly and toxins consequently accumulate in the body.
3. Do not cover the face while sleeping.
4. In winters, protect yourself from the cold with warm coverings as necessary, but keep the windows open.
SO let's GIVE SOME TIME TO OURSELVES, FEEL AND HEAR THE MESMERIZING AIR AND CALM OUR NERVES.
We all are living in a scientifically advanced world. A world that runs faster than our own breath. The pace of our life has been increased and every corner of our life has been digitized - Groceries and cloths at a tap, rides at a swipe, and even conversations reduced to quick replies on a glowing screen. Convenience has never been so comfortable, isn't it? I mean we are living inside the comfort of our comfort zone's comfort zone - A bubble within a bubble's bubble. But the question is : Are we actually Relaxed? Are we actually at Peace? Well for me it's a "BIG NO" Our life has become so quick and "convenient" that we have forgotten what it feels like pause. Everyday, we swipe, tap and scroll our way through life, chasing comfort at the speed of a screen. Yet somehow, we end up feeling tired, wired and strangely empty. - A phenomenon known as "DIGITAL FATIGUE...
Nowadays the lifestyle of people is changing. In this lifestyle, there is more mental work than physical work. Our eating habits are also changing drastically i.e to save time people usually prefer packed food and junk food which is high in calories and less in value. Such habits may lead to problems like stress, depression, anxiety, obesity, and many more. All these problems can be overcome without wasting time and money. This is possible with the help of these SIX NATURAL DOCTORS who are available for all of us every time. 1. SUNLIGHT: When sunlight hits the skin it triggers vitamin D production in our body. It is said that "Self-help is the best help." Is it true, and if it is true then what does this phrase actually mean and why is it said so? Self-help, self-care, and self-love aren't these words very oriented to me and only me but are they really? What do we mean by self-help? If a person makes himself/herself a priority is it selfishness? There are so many such questions coming into the minds of some people. Words... the most powerful weapon/ double-edged sword present in the world. The way we use them is the most important thing that we should all take care of. In the book "The Four Agreements" written by Don Miguel Ruiz, the very first agreement is- Be impeccable with your word. Now, what does that mean? Let me tell you a short story. There was a girl who was one of the best dancers in her class she had given various stage performances, but during her school dance progra...
