          Clean water is an essential requirement of the body and is increasingly becoming precious (in metropolitan cities). Water is the cheapest and best cleansing agent and one must ensure its supply in the purest form. 

WATER THERAPY

          It is a Japanese method of drinking water that helps to cure several chronic diseases for which its cure is still unknown.

METHODS OF WATER THERAPY.

                                                  (SIMPLE, EASY, AND INEXPENSIVE).
  1. Before attending any of the morning activities take 5 glasses of water in one stretch. You may give a short break. Do spot walking for a few minutes and consume the rest of the water.
  2. No other beverages or eatables are allowed to take for the next 45 minutes to 1 hour after drinking water.
  3. You should not have any stimulating beverages or soft drinks after supper.
  4. During the first few days of water therapy, one may pass urine 3-4 times within 1 hour after drinking water or can even have loose stools. But in a short period, everything becomes normal and the symptoms of relief from the disease are seen.
  5. While practicing water therapy one should take water 2 hours after the meal and not before the meal.
  

                                                     BENEFITS.

  • Drinking water helps clean the stomach and enables the intestines to form new fresh blood (Hematopoiesis) which in turn fights against the disease-causing organisms. Many of the ailments are cured by practicing Water Therapy.
  • Persons suffering from arthritis and rheumatism should take Water Therapy 3 times a day. In 1st week and thereafter practice once a day.  

Water Therapy can cure:

  1. Diabetes - 7 days.
  1. Cancer - 4 weeks.
  1. Pulmonary TB- 3 months.
